Youth Mentoring

Our Youth Mentoring service at Solis Support is designed to support young people aged 8–18 in developing confidence, resilience a greater sense of positivity. We offer 1 to 1 and small group interventions.

We accept referrals from schools, colleges, local services and parents or carers, ensuring that young people can access support in a way that works best for them.

Youth mentoring provides a safe, supportive space where young people can explore their thoughts and feelings, build positive coping strategies and improve their overall wellbeing. We work alongside each individual to support their mental health, helping them to better understand themselves, manage challenges and navigate difficult situations.

Our mentors also support young people in setting and working towards personal goals—whether that’s improving confidence, engagement in education, relationships or future aspirations. Each mentoring relationship is tailored to the needs of the young person, focusing on building trust, encouragement and practical strategies for growth.

At Solis Support, we are committed to helping young people feel heard, supported and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.

If you have any questions please do get in touch, we are more than happy to help.
